Deadline for purchasing tickets is Friday, May 17th, 2024
Your form of payment for tickets and required forms are being completed online. This means that you will need to provide an ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE for the consent and liability release forms.
Please contact [email protected] if you would prefer to sign physical documents. A member of the volunteer staff will provide a document packet which you must print out and return to the school a least 14 days prior to the event. |

Be sure to include your child(ren)s' name(s) in your chosen form of payment:

- Paypal $285 to [email protected] (includes Paypal processing fee)
- Check for $275 payable to "Saratoga High School PTSO" (include name(s) of students in memo line blank) and place in the Grad Night box in the SHS Main Office.
Optional Donation: This can be an extra amount you wish to add and have it be allocated as needed by the budget OR you may wish to add it to PRIZES, ACTIVITIES, FOOD or sponsor another STUDENT's ticket. Thank you for your generosity.

Refunds
As this event is run by parent volunteers, we depend on the ticket purchase to be able to fund the entertainment, activities, food, decorations, DJ, etc. Please know all of it goes back to the students' enjoyment and having a memorable senior graduation party! But, we also know that unforeseen circumstances come up, thus the refund policy:
100% Refund before March 1st, 2024
50% Refund March 2nd to May 31st,2024
NO REFUND from June 1st, 2024 on, as Grad Night Party is June 6th, 2024
Extra 'donations' made toward the event are exempt from being refunded!
